A. 
The design of all stormwater management facilities shall incorporate sound engineering principals and practices. The Township shall reserve the right to disapprove any design that would result in the occurrence or perpetuation of an adverse hydrologic or hydraulic condition within the watershed.
B. 
The Township Engineer reserves the right to request additional information and/or calculations necessary for its review and may approve methods of calculation not specified in this chapter.
C. 
The Township or its designated representative shall be afforded access to inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities.
D. 
During any stage of the work, if the Township determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved stormwater management plan, the Township shall revoke any existing permits until a revised drainage plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this chapter.
