The City of Marceline does not discriminate on the basis of

The City Manager has been designated to coordinate compliance
with the non-discrimination requirements of Section 504 of the Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Community Development Block Grant
Program Section 504 regulations, and ADA regulations implemented by
the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and the Department
of Justice.
