A.
Two-hour parking on Main Street. Except where parking is prohibited
and where spaces are specifically marked for a shorter period, no
vehicle may be parked on Main Street for a period longer than two
hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on Sundays and holidays,
from its intersection with Broadway westerly to its intersection with
North and South Cottenet Streets.
B.
Two-hour parking. Except where parking is prohibited and where spaces
are specifically marked for a shorter period, no vehicle may be parked
for a period longer than two hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except
on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, on the following streets:
(1)
East side of South Astor Street.
(2)
North side of Bridge Street, from its intersection with North Astor
Street to a point that extends 105 feet in an eastward direction.
(3)
South side of Bridge Street, between North Astor and North Buckhout
Streets.
(4)
West side of North Buckhout Street.
(5)
West side of North Cottenet Street.
(6)
West side of South Cottenet Street.
(7)
West side of North Dutcher Street.
(8)
West side of South Dutcher Street.
(9)
West side of North Eckar Street.
(10)
West side of South Eckar Street.
(11)
West side of North Ferris Street.
(12)
West side of South Ferris Street.
(13)
East side of Grinnel Street.

C.
Six-hour parking. Except where parking is prohibited and where spaces
are specifically marked for a shorter period, no vehicle shall be
parked for a period longer than six hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, on the following streets:
(1)
West side of North Astor Street, south of the train station building.
(2)
East side of North Astor Street.
(3)
Main Street from Cottenet Street to Astor Street.
(4)
North side of Bridge Street from a point 105 feet east of North Astor
Street (end of two-hour parking spaces) eastward to North Buckhout
Street.
(5)
East side of North Buckhout Street.
(6)
South Buckhout Street (both sides) from Main Street to Station Road.
(7)
South Buckhout Street Annex.
(8)
East side of North Cottenet Street.
(9)
East side of South Cottenet Street.
(10)
East side of North Dutcher Street.
(11)
East side of South Dutcher Street.
(12)
East side of North Eckar Street.
(13)
East side of South Eckar Street.

D.
No vehicle shall be parked on any street for a period longer than
one hour between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day,

Bridge Street east of the intersection with North Astor Street.
(4)
North Buckhout Street.
(5)
South Buckhout Street between Main Street and Station Road.

South Buckhout Street Annex.

(8)
North and South Dutcher Streets.
(9)
North and South Eckar Streets.
(10)
North and South Ferris Streets.
(11)
East side of Grinnel Street.

The east side of South Buckhout Street from its intersection
with West Clinton Avenue in a northerly direction for a distance of
1,581 feet on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The west side of South Buckhout Street from its intersection
with West Clinton Avenue in a northerly direction for a distance of
1,581 feet on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
(20)
On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday on the north side
of East Clinton Avenue and on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday on the
south side of East Clinton Avenue.
(21)
On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday on the north side
of Hamilton Road, commencing at a point 48 feet east of the intersection
of the northerly side of Hamilton Road and the easterly side of South
Broadway, and running in an easterly direction a distance of 240 feet;
and on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday on the south side of Hamilton
Road commencing at a point 48 feet east of the intersection of the
southerly side of Hamilton Road and the easterly side of South Broadway,
and running in an easterly direction a distance of 240 feet.

On the west side of South Broadway from the entrance of 14 South
Broadway southerly for a distance of 500 feet.
E.
The foregoing prohibitions shall not apply to ambulances, fire and
police vehicles, physicians on emergency calls and other emergency
vehicles, nor shall they apply to municipal parking areas where parking
permits must be displayed on vehicles.
F.
Broadway.
(1)
From 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., there shall be half-hour parking on
the west side of South Broadway from the intersection of Main Street
and Broadway in a southerly direction for a distance of 400 feet from
the center of said intersection.
(2)
From 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., there shall be half-hour parking on
the east side of Broadway from a point 40 feet north of the intersection
with Sycamore Lane, northerly for a distance of 230 feet.
G.
No vehicle shall be parked for more than one hour between the hours
of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, on the southerly
side of Riverview Road from the intersection of said southerly side
of Riverview Road with the easterly side of North Broadway (Route
No. 9), running in an easterly direction to the intersection of the
said southerly side of Riverview Road and the westerly side of Janet
Terrace.
H.
No vehicle shall be parked for more than one hour between the hours
of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays on the easterly
and westerly sides of Irving Place from the intersection of said Irving
Place with the northerly side of Riverview Road, running in a northerly
direction to the end of Irving Place.
I.
No vehicle shall be parked for more than one hour between the hours
of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, on the northerly
side of Riverview Road from the intersection of the northerly side
of Riverview Road with the easterly side of North Broadway (Route
No. 9), running easterly to the intersection of said Riverview Road
with the westerly side of Circle Drive; and from the intersection
of the northerly side of said Riverview Road with the easterly side
of Circle Drive, running easterly to the intersection of the northerly
side of Riverview Road with the westerly side of Irving Place; and
from the intersection of the northerly side of said Riverview Road
with the easterly side of Irving Place, running in an easterly direction
to the intersection of the northerly side of Riverview Road and the
westerly side of the driveway leading to the property now known as
Abbott House.
J.
No vehicle shall be parked for a period of more than six hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, on the east and west sides of the following streets: Bertha Place, Hancock Place and Clifton Place. Parking at times other than between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. shall be governed by the provisions of § 213-10D hereof.
K.
No vehicle shall be parked between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00
a.m. at the following locations:
(1)
On Mondays on the west side of the following streets: South Dearman
Street, South Ferris Street, South Eckar Street, South Dutcher Street,
South Cottenet Street and South Buckhout Street.
(2)
On Tuesdays on the west side of the following streets: North Dearman
Street, North Ferris Street, North Dutcher Street, North Cottenet
Street and North Buckhout Street up to its intersection with Bridge
Street.
(3)
On Wednesdays on the east side of the following streets: South Dearman
Street, South Ferris Street, South Eckar Street, South Dutcher Street,
South Cottenet Street and South Buckhout Street, except that on South
Buckhout from Main Street to Station Road, no vehicle shall be parked
between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
(4)
On Thursday on the east side of the following streets: North Dearman
Street, North Ferris Street, North Dutcher Street, North Cottenet
Street and North Buckhout Street up to its intersection with Bridge
Street.
N.
No vehicle shall be parked for a period more than six hours, on any
day, on the west side of Willow Street or the east side of Oak Street,
except no parking is allowed on Fridays between the hours of 8:00
a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
