If any provision of this chapter is shown by the developer to
be unreasonable of application, or such as to cause undue hardship
not of his own making, in the special conditions of his proposed subdivision
or land development, the Township may grant a waiver or modification
from the literal requirements of such provision, provided:
A. That such waiver or modification will not be contrary to the public
interest.
B. That justice will be done.
C. That the purpose and intent of this chapter is observed.
