[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of East
Longmeadow as Ch. 4, § 4.110, of the 1982 General Bylaws;

The Planning Board shall consist of five members appointed by
the Town Manager serving terms of five years, one expiring each year.
All vacancies will be filled by the Town Manager for the remainder
of the term so vacated.
Powers and duties of the Planning Board are prescribed in MGL
c. 41, § 70 and § 81B.
The Planning Board shall act as the special permit granting
authority.
