There shall be six Library Trustees appointed by the Town Manager,
each serving staggered three-year terms, with two members appointed
annually.
Vacancies occurring on the Board of Library Trustees shall be
filled by appointment by the Town Manager.
The Board of Library Trustees shall perform any state or federally
mandated functions or those established by Town bylaw. The Board of
Library Trustees may, upon request of the Town Manager, assist the
Town Manager with hiring a Library Director.
