As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
PERSON
Every and any natural person whether or not that person holds
any elected or appointed office within the Township.

The Valley Township Police Department shall have free and uninterrupted
access to the main entrance to the building and to the police room
at all times, and the Police Supervisor shall establish separate rules
of access thereto for the police operating personnel.

The meeting room shall be opened 30 minutes before any meeting
established by any of the Township boards, generally or specially,
and shall remain open until the meeting has concluded and for 30 minutes
thereafter unless the users have sooner dispersed therefrom.

All other offices and rooms within the Township Building shall
be open from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00
p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, excepting only designated holidays,
during which holidays the said offices shall be closed.

The Planning Room shall be open in addition to the hours provided in §
1-604 hereof for the conduct of business of the Planning Commission and the planning personnel and the sewer authority and sewer personnel at such times as shall be necessary for conduct of Township business.

No part of the building shall be used for other than official
Township purposes nor be occupied at other than the hours herein designated
therefor, except with the express consent of the majority of the Board
of Supervisors.

No person shall be upon the premises or any part thereof except
during the hours that portion of the premises is open for business
in accordance with the terms of this Part.

1. No person other than the Township Secretary, the Assistant Township
Secretary, the Administrative Liaison Supervisor and the Assistant
Administrative Liaison Supervisor shall have keys to the secretarial
area.
2. No person other than the Township police officers, the Police Liaison
Supervisor and the Assistant Police Liaison Supervisor shall have
keys to the police room.
3. No person other than the Chief of any department and the Liaison
Supervisor and the Assistant Supervisor shall have keys to any other
respective department rooms.

Entry into any of the offices or rooms upon the premises, except
as provided herein, shall constitute defiant trespass, and the Board
of Supervisors may, in addition to prosecution thereunder, enforce
this Part by any other appropriate legal or equitable means.
