Lot line adjustments are subject to approval by the Planning
Department as provided in this article.
An application for a lot line adjustment shall be made to the
Planning Department. The application shall be accompanied by a survey
map showing the proposed alteration of lot lines.
If the proposed alteration does not result in a substandard
lot or lots, or result in the improvements on either lot not being
in compliance with the area and bulk requirements of the zoning district
or districts in which the lots are situate, the application shall
be approved.
There is no fee for filing the application or the approval.
