No person shall, except for school cafeteria personnel, offer
for sale, sell or cause to be sold any articles of food, or any articles
suitable for or intended for human consumption, within the limits
of the public ways and within 100 yards from the nearest boundary
of any school grounds between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
on days when the public schools are in session.
