The Board of Supervisors shall prescribe, from time to time by resolution,
such fees as shall be deemed necessary for the proper administration
and enforcement of the South Hanover Township Sewage Facilities Regulations.

The fees so prescribed shall be paid to the Township to defray the
costs of administration, inspection and enforcement as provided by
the sewage facilities regulations and may include fees for subdivision
site inspections, issuance of sewage facilities permits, review of
sewage facilities planning modules and such other items as shall be
deemed necessary by the Board of Supervisors.

Sewage facilities permit for the installation of new facilities and
repair or enlargement of existing facilities shall be in an amount
as established from time to time by resolution.

Sewage facilities permit for the minor repair of existing facilities
shall be in an amount as established from time to time by resolution.

For review of sewage planning modules, an amount established
by the Township sewage enforcement officer based on a rate as established
from time to time by resolution per review of said module (also an
additional fee as established from time to time by resolution per
each additional field review). Upon completion of the review, if the
amount paid exceeds the amount of actual fee for review, the balance
shall be refunded to the applicant, and if the fee exceeds the amount
of payment, the applicant shall pay the additional amount before the
report is released.
