A Borough Planning Commission is hereby established in and for
the Borough of Royersford, to be composed of nine members appointed
and holding tenure as provided by law. The said Commission shall perform
all the duties and may exercise all authority vested by law in Borough
planning agencies; provided that the Borough Planning Commission now
in office in the Borough of Royersford shall constitute the Planning
Commission hereby established, and nothing herein shall affect the
tenure of any member thereof, but all vacancies hereafter existing
in such Planning Commission, regardless of the reason thereof, shall
be filled in the manner and for the term prescribed by the statute
governing the same that shall be in effect at the time of the happening
of such vacancy.
