There shall be established a system
of truck routes within the Township of Winslow in the County of Camden
and State of New Jersey, and pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:67-16.1 the streets
or parts of streets listed below are hereby designated as routes for
trucks over four (4) tons. All trucks having a total combined gross
weight of vehicle plus load in excess of four (4) tons shall be excluded
from all municipal streets except from those streets listed herein.

Any persons, firms, partnerships
or corporations convicted of violating any of the provisions of this
Article shall be liable to a penalty or a fine of not more than fifty
dollars ($50.) or imprisonment for a term of not exceeding fifteen
(15) days, or both, at the discretion of the Judge.
