The Roxbury Township Department of Health is authorized, from time to time, as determined by the Health Officer of the Township of Roxbury, to conduct certain health screening, as in the determination of the Health Officer may be reasonable and appropriate for the purpose of complying with such State regulations as may require such screening. The Health Department of the Township of Roxbury is authorized to charge fees as set forth in Chapter XXIV, subsection 24-6.1 with respect to such screenings.
