The following statement shall be applicable to applications
coming before the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Adjustment
to determine whether or not the application is complete. The Planning
Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment shall determine whether or not
the application is complete within forty-five (45) days of the submission
of the application. Failure to make said determination shall result
in an automatic determination of completeness. In the event that the
application is deemed incomplete for failure to supply the material
required, the Administrative Officer of the Planning Board or Zoning
Board of Adjustment shall advise the applicant within fifteen (15)
days of said determination, in writing, as to the reasons why the
application has been deemed incomplete. Upon said determination, the
Planning Board or the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall have an additional
forty-five (45) days to review any additional submitted materials
by the applicant to satisfy this section.
All requests for waivers of checklist items shall be in the
form of a letter accompanying the initial submission, which letter
shall state the reason for each waiver requested.
