A. An appeal to the Zoning Board of Adjustment may be taken by any interested party affected by any decision of the administrative officer of the municipality based on or made in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance or Official Map. Such appeal shall be taken within sixty-five (65) days by filing a notice of appeal in the manner set forth in Article
II, §
40-18A, of this chapter and in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the Municipal Land Use Law of 1975.

B. Decisions resulting from an appeal affecting land within the Pinelands Area of the Township shall be subject to the requirements of §
40-41 of this chapter.

All appeals of decisions made by the Planning Board or Zoning
Board of Adjustment shall be taken directly to the Superior Court
of New Jersey and not to the Winslow Township Committee.
