§ 9:9A-1 Bingo and raffle licenses.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:8-30 and 5:8-57, the Council may issue bingo and raffle licenses pursuant to the "Bingo Licensing Law" (N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 et seq.) and the "Raffles Licensing Law" (N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq.), subject to the rules and regulations of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission of the State of New Jersey.

§ 9:9A-2 Conduct of Sunday games permitted.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:8-31 and 5:8-58, games of chance conducted under any bingo and raffle license issued, in accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey Statutes and the rules and regulations of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission of the State of New Jersey may be conducted in the City on the first day of the week commonly known and designated as Sunday, at such time and at such place as may be authorized on any other day of the week.
