[Amended 3-22-05 by Ord. No. 0-2-05]
The owner of every existing house, building or structure identified on
Exhibit A attached hereto shall, within ninety (90) days after the
date on which the service of public water is made available to such
house, building or structure, connect same to the public water system
pursuant to the rules and regulations applying thereto, which rules
and regulations shall be on file in the office of the Winslow Township
Clerk and Winslow Township Water Department, and thereafter utilize
only the water supply provided by said public water system.
Notice of the availability of water service shall be given by
the Township. The notice shall be served upon the owners of said properties

said notice to the owner or owners by certified mail addressed to
said owner or owners at the property or properties or at the property
owner's usual place of abode.
The Township will provide at its cost the service of installing the physical connection to the public water system of any house, building or structure identified on
Exhibit A conditioned on receiving written authorization from the
property owner to enter onto the property to perform this service.
This article only applies to the Cedarbrook Groundwater Contamination Area and does not repeal any other Township ordinances relating to water and water service. All other rules, regulations or policies applicable to water service shall remain in effect and apply to the properties identified on
Exhibit A.
