The RM, or Medium Density Residential District, occurs in those
areas of the township designated in the Master Plan for the Non-Pinelands
Area as medium-density residential areas, or in those locations where
residences would be the primary use at an overall, or gross, density
of two (2) units per acre.

A. Residential dwelling units proposed for development within the RM District shall be subject to the Area, Yard and Bulk Requirements summarized on
Schedule 2, found as an attachment to this chapter.
B. Nonresidential uses proposed for development within the RM District shall be subject to the Area, Yard and Bulk Requirements for Nonresidential Uses summarized on
Schedule 3, found as an attachment to this chapter.
C. Side-
and rear-yard setbacks shall be fifteen (15) feet for any residential
accessory structure exceeding 400 square feet in total area.

All development proposed within the RM District shall conform with all applicable standards under Article
XVI of this chapter.
