The RH, or High-Density Residential District, occurs in those
areas of the township designated in the Master Plan for the Non-Pinelands
Area as high-density residential areas, or those locations where residences
would be the primary use at an overall, or gross, density of three
(3) units per acre.

Within the RH District, land may be used and buildings or structures
may be used, altered or erected for the following uses:
(1)Â
Single-family detached dwellings.
(2)Â
Duplexes.
(3)Â
Townhouse dwelling units.
(4)Â
Apartment houses.
(5)Â
Planned retirement community in accordance with Article XV of this chapter.

Agriculture.
(7)Â
Recreation facilities, low-intensive or intensive.
(8)Â
Public facilities, including roads, utilities and emergency services
such as a rescue squad station and fire station.
(9)Â
Institutional uses, including churches, etc.
(10)Â
Model homes or sales offices may be allowed temporarily during
the period necessary to show and sell new homes within that subdivision.
(11)Â
Accessory uses such as a professional office, studio, or home
occupation within or attached to the main dwelling unit and other
uses incidental to any of the permitted uses listed in this Article.

Notwithstanding
the requirements set forth herein relating to area, yard and bulk
requirements, the following setbacks are hereby established relative
to any single family home which existed on less than one (1) acre
of ground in an RL, RH or RM Zone, as of August 24, 1988:

Side-
and rear-yard setbacks shall be fifteen (15) feet for any residential
accessory structure exceeding 400 square feet in total area.

All development proposed within the RH District shall conform with all applicable standards under Article XVI of this chapter.
