§ 2-38 CONTINUANCE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.

§ 2-38.1 Membership; Terms.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township, heretofore created by ordinance pursuant to general law, (but not the membership thereof) is continued with the functions, power and duties prescribed by general law and ordinance. Zoning Board members shall be appointed by the Township Council for four (4) year terms, from the first day of July. The initial terms shall be for a period of four (4) years for two (2) members, three (3) years for one (1) member, two (2) years for two (2) members and one (1) year for two (2) members. Two (2) alternate members shall be appointed by the Township Council for two (2) year alternating terms with one (1) of the initial appointments to be for one (1) year.
