Unless specifically prohibited in this article, the following
regulations shall apply to all MXD2 Districts.
Principal uses and buildings permitted are as follows:
A. Multiple dwellings, multifamily residential structures, apartments,
including and encouraging a variety of housing types and styles.
C. Mixed-use buildings with non-residential uses, including restaurants,
retail, professional and personal services and offices on the first
floor and with upper floors consisting of any or all of the following:
residential apartments,
live-work units,
professional offices,
artists' lofts/studios.
Accessory uses, structures and buildings permitted shall be:
A. Active and passive recreation facilities, including pools, trails,
mini-parks, etc.
B. Off-street parking (surface or garage).
Prohibited uses and buildings shall be:
B. Parking of trucks or other commercial vehicles and trailers as restricted in §
228-224C.
C. Limousine or livery service.
