[Adopted 8-8-1955]
Pursuant to said General Statutes,[1] there shall be a Zoning Board of Appeals in the Town of
Putnam consisting of five members with terms beginning on the second
Monday of October 1956. The members of said Board shall be appointed
by the Selectmen, one of the original members to serve for one year,
one for two years, one for three years, one for four years and one
for five years, and thereafter each new member shall be appointed
for a term of five years. The members of such Zoning Board of Appeals
shall be electors and shall not be members of the Zoning Commission.
