The following sections of this chapter shall apply to condominium
developments:
A. Section
270-7, relating to land suitability and construction practices;
B. Article
IV, relating to preliminary plat approval. This state of approval shall be the only approval required for a condominium development. The technical requirements for preliminary plats set forth in Article
IX of this chapter shall not apply, since condominiums have separate technical standards set forth in Chapter 703, Wis. Stats.;
C. Article
VIII, relating to dedication requirements;
D. Article
X, relating to lot and street layout design standards;
E. Article
XI, relating to required improvements;
F. Article
XII, relating to fees for review.
This chapter shall not apply to the following condominiums:
A. Any condominium plat recorded prior to the effective date of this
chapter.
B. Any conversion of a structure or structures in existence on the effective
date of this chapter to a condominium after the effective date of
this chapter.
