It shall be unlawful to build upon, divide, convey, record or
monument any land in violation of this chapter or the Wisconsin Statutes
and no person shall be issued a building permit by Greenville authorizing
the building on, or improvement of, any subdivision, land division,
replat or condominium development within the jurisdiction of this
chapter until the provisions and requirements of this chapter have
been fully met. Any violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction,
result in a forfeiture in an amount set from time to time by the Board.
Each calendar day the violation exists shall be deemed a separate
offense.
A.
Remedies. Greenville may institute an action for an injunction or
other appropriate action or proceeding to enjoin a violation of any
provision of this chapter.
B.
Penalties. Greenville may impose a forfeiture for a violation of
this chapter by separate ordinance or resolution, plus costs of prosecution,
upon conviction for any violation. In addition Greenville may seek
the remedies available under §§ 236.30, 236.31 and
236.32, Wis. Stats.
