Any person who has received a notice of violation, condemnation order or demolition order may also petition to request a hearing if such person because of financial or personal hardship seeks a modification of such notice or order or seeks a postponement of enforcement. The Exterior Property Maintenance Code Committee shall proceed as set forth above and after a hearing may take whatever action the Committee deems appropriate under the circumstances, including granting or denying such request or postponing enforcement.
