When no other penalty is specified by law, anyone who violates any provision of this chapter shall be liable to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, § 1-5.
Such penalty
shall be exclusive of any administrative penalty which may be imposed
pursuant to the Uniform Construction Code and the Administrative Procedure
Act of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq.
