All owners of any dwelling, dwelling unit, room, motel unit
or apartment shall register any person who occupies said dwelling,
dwelling unit, room, motel unit, or apartment with the office of the
Secretary of the Borough of Blawnox. Such owner shall provide the
Secretary of the Borough of Blawnox with the name, address, and social
security number of any person occupying said dwelling, dwelling unit,
room, motel unit or apartment.
In January of each and every year following the enactment of this chapter, the Secretary of the Borough of Blawnox shall provide all owners with an appropriate form to provide the information required by § 496-1 of this Chapter.
Any ordinance or part of an ordinance in conflict herewith it
hereby repealed.
