In regards to personal property, for certain utilities, an allocation
of value between districts must be made. This is typically utilized
for centrally valued telephone companies, gas and other utilities
or wireless phone companies.

Based on the average percentage of land area, parcel counts, valuation
including exempt properties and valuation excluding exempt properties,
and the percentage share on length of roads, the valuation allocation
is determined to be:

This will remain in effect until such time that another analysis
of the same data provides a difference in the allocations.
