The Wetland Buffer District is an area where, due to unique
circumstances, additional regulation is required to supplement and
supersede the basic district regulations. The intent of this district
is to protect the natural wetland conditions from the impact of development
in nearby areas.

All lands lying within twenty (20') feet of the Wetland Conservation
District constitute the Wetland Buffer District and are subject to
the provisions of this Article.

No fill of any type shall be deposited in the Wetland Buffer
District on any lot.

During the period of construction and until vegetation has been
re-established on all exposed soil areas, siltation controls must
be installed and maintained.

No Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued until any material
which has raised the elevation of the buffer area of any lot during
construction is removed, including but not limited to excavation material,
silts and construction debris.
