Front-to-rear sitings shall be avoided if at all practicable.

Minimum building setbacks from such private access drives shall be 32 feet and 28 feet, respectively, from the center lines thereof.
e.
All multiple-dwellings and townhouses shall be served by public or equivalent common sanitary sewer and water systems. No building permit shall be granted unless the Construction Official shall first receive a report from the Borough Engineer that provision has been made for the disposal of sewage into sewers of sufficient capacity or by means of a properly designed group disposal system.
