If any section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, clause or
provision of these Regulations shall be adjudged invalid, such adjudication
shall apply only to such section, paragraph, subdivision clause or
provision so adjudged invalid and the remainder of these Regulations
shall be deemed valid and effective.
