A.Â
All day-use areas are open to the public between dawn and dusk.
B.Â
No hunting or discharging of any type of firearm, airgun, slingshot,
explosive or bow and arrow will be permitted.
C.Â
Pets are permitted, provided they are on a leash and attended to
at all times. Owners are responsible for all necessary cleanup of
their pets.
D.Â
Trash, litter, and garbage must be placed in containers provided
for this purpose, and shall be limited to materials accumulated during
the use of the facility.
E.Â
Open fires and the disposal of hot coals from charcoal grills is
permitted only in the facilities provided.
F.Â
The removal or damage of anything natural or physical will be punishable
by arrest, fine or both.
G.Â
The removal or damage of public property will be punishable by arrest,
fine or both.
H.Â
Licensed vehicle operators shall obey the posted speed limits and
use only roads and parking areas open to public traffic. The operation
of nonlicensed motorized vehicles is prohibited.
I.Â
Courteous and decent conduct is expected of visitors at all times.
J.Â
Camping is permitted only in designated areas. A reservation form
must be obtained from the park office.
K.Â
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Any person or persons violating the provisions of these rules and
regulations shall lose the privilege of using said facilities and
shall, thereafter, be subject to prosecution as a trespasser under
state law.
Any person violating any portion of § 132-1L shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $300 and/or be imprisoned not more than 90 days.
