The certified Sewage Enforcement Officer(s) employed by the Lebanon County Planning Department is (are) hereby appointed, authorized and directed to:
A. 
Administer and enforce the provisions of the Sewage Facilities Act (Act 208), and all standards applicable thereto, in compliance with the procedure outlined in §§ 7 and 8 of Act 208, 35 P.S. §§ 750.7, 705.8; and
B. 
Collect reasonable fees for work performed, in accord with the fee schedule and permit procedure established by the municipality; and
C. 
Make such inspections and tests as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of Act 208, and enter upon lands for said inspection purposes; and
D. 
With the prior approval of the governing body, initiate legal actions where necessary to restrain, abate or correct violations of Act 208.
