Township of Cannon, MI Article V Construction Board of Appeals

[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II)]

§ 170-9 Appointment of Board; functions and duties; duration of terms.

The Township Board shall appoint a Construction Board of Appeals composed of three members and up to two alternates to perform the functions and duties as provided by the Stille-DeRossett-Hale Single State Construction Code Act and the state construction code.[1] Members of the Board shall be qualified by experience or training to perform the duties as a member of the Board and shall serve terms as provided by the Act.
