The Board shall organize annually, on the first day of January
in each year or as soon thereafter as may be feasible, at which time
it shall elect, by a majority vote of all the members of the Board
and from its members, a President, Vice President and Secretary. The
Board, as appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the
Borough Council, shall consist of seven members, in accordance with
N.J.S.A. 26:3-3.

At the meetings of the Board, the order of business shall be
as follows, unless otherwise determined by resolution:
b. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting;
d. Report of committees and officers;
f. Open and close meeting to the public;

At the first regular meeting of the Board, the President shall
appoint such standing committees as are deemed necessary to serve
for the current year. Special committees may be appointed by the President
from time to time as the need arises.

The Board shall accept the Animal Control Officer as appointed
by the Mayor and Council.

The Borough Attorney shall serve as Attorney to the Board of
Health. If the Borough Attorney shall determine that he has a conflict
which precludes him from representing the Board of Health in a particular
matter, the Mayor and Council may appoint alternate counsel to represent
the Board of Health in such matter.
