The New Jersey Public Health Nuisance Code as attached hereto
is adopted by the Municipal Council.

Any person, firm or corporation, who shall violate any provision
of this Code shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine
of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a term
not to exceed 90 days, or both, at the discretion of the court. Each
day that a violation continues after due notice has been serviced
in accordance with the provisions hereof, shall be deemed a separate
offense. In the alternative or as an additional penalty pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 40:49-5 the Court may order and require community service
for not less than 10 days or more than 90 days upon conviction.
