The Board of Supervisors may, from time to time, establish special
purpose ad hoc and/or special committees to advise them on particular
projects. The Board shall establish such committees by resolution
which shall establish the committee; set forth the members of the
committee; the purposes of the committee; the terms of the committee;
and any additional information deemed necessary by the Board. All
ad hoc and special committees may utilize volunteers to assist the
committee in accomplishing the activities of the committee.
