Words and phrases, when used in this Article
IV, except for sections or parts to which different or additional definitions apply, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq., except that in this article the word "street" may be used interchangeably with the word "highway," and shall have the same meaning as the word "highway" as defined in the Vehicle Code.
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on any
part of a street in excess of the maximum speed limit established
for that part of the street.
The maximum speed limits established under this article shall
be posted on official traffic control devices erected in accordance
with regulations adopted by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
or any successor agency.
The maximum speeds at which vehicles may proceed on or along
the following specified streets are established to be as follows:
A. Bond Lane
(TR 418), between SR 0209 and SR 0715, 15 miles per hour.
Any person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions
of this article shall be sentenced to pay those fines and costs established
by the applicable provisions of the Vehicle Code or any subsequent
act of the General Assembly which amends said Vehicle Code. Disposition
of said fine or fines shall be made in accordance with provisions
of the Vehicle Code.
