The said code established and adopted by this article is described
and commonly known as the "Trailer Court Code of New Jersey (1956)."
Whenever the word "trailer" is used in this code, it shall be
held to mean also mobile homes.

Any person aggrieved by denial or suspension of a license by
the Township Committee may seek relief therefrom in the appropriate
court of competent jurisdiction.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
TRAILER, CAMPCAR or TRAILER COACH
Any vehicle, whether self-propelled or otherwise, used or
intended for use as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways
and so designed, constructed or reconstructed or added to by means
of accessories in such a manner as to permit the occupancy thereof
as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons or as living
and business quarters combined, and having no foundation other than
wheels, jacks or skirting, so arranged as to be interactive with or
portable by such trailer, campcar or trailer coach.
Any person, firm or corporation violating or contributing in
any way to the violation of this article or any part thereof shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $500
or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, in the discretion
of the Municipal Judge, and each day that a violation continues shall
constitute a separate offense.
