The Personnel Policies Handbook, as amended and supplemented,
is hereby adopted by reference to establish certain personnel policies
relating to all present and future municipal employees of the Borough
for the purposes enumerated therein. The Personnel Policies Handbook
of the Borough shall not apply in the event that a negotiated collective
bargaining agreement exists between the Borough and the designated
union of any respective employee.
