This municipality hereby elects to require building permits for any building, except agricultural buildings, exceeding 200 square feet. Enforcement and administration of this section shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act,[1] regulations to the Act promulgated by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, and as amended from time to time, and as adopted by Brady Township, Chapter 124, Construction Codes, Uniform, and be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 350, Zoning, and as amended from time to time.

Fees assessable by this municipality for the administration and enforcement undertaken pursuant to this chapter and the "code" shall be established by municipal resolution from time to time.
This chapter shall be effective 30 days after the date of passage of this chapter.
If any section, subsection, sentence, or clause of this chapter is held, for any reason, to be invalid, such decision or decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter.

The within chapter shall be effective 30 days after enactment hereof, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are herewith repealed.
