[Adopted 9-25-1963 by Res. No. 16-1963]
The Borough of Plymouth, on the 25th day of September 1963,
shall hereafter impose a charge of $10 for the service of opening
blocked sewers of private individuals, and any such person making
request for such service shall indemnify the Borough, its workmen
and employees for any loss or damages incurred through any negligence.
