B. 
It is noted that the fines specifically mentioned above will double if not paid within five days of the date of the ticket or citation. In addition, if the fine is not paid within the 10 days will be subject to the procedure, fines, fees, and costs specified in § 223-41, Receipt of notice; payment of fine.

A. 
Any person committing any of the Offenses indicated in § 223-40, upon receipt of a ticket or notice of violation indicating the offense and the amount of the fine, appear or by mail at the municipal building of Plymouth Borough and pay said fine within five days of the issuance/date of the ticket or notice of violation and pay the amount of the fine listed thereon will constitute a guilty plea and shall save the violator from prosecution and the payment of penalties, fines and costs as set forth in Subsection B below. Any violator paying the fine after five days and within 10 days of the date of ticket or notice of violation shall pay double the amount of the fine listed on the ticket or notice of violation and said payment shall be considered as a guilty plea and shall save the violator from prosecution and payment of penalties, fines and costs as set forth in Subsection B below. After a fine remains unpaid for 10 days from the issuance of the ticket or notice of violation, the violator will be subject to the provisions of Subsection B below.
B. 
For the failure to pay after the expiration of 10 days from the date a ticket or notice of violation issued for a violation of any offense issued under § 223-40, the Borough, through its Police Department will file a summary proceeding with the Magistrate/District Justice have jurisdiction arising in matters involving Plymouth Borough. Upon conviction, thereof the violator shall pay a minimum fine of $300 and a maximum fine of $1,000, plus all filing fees, and costs associated with the prosecution and in default thereof shall undergo imprisonment for not more than 90 days.
