It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to entice or induce or to cause any person or persons to enter automobiles or motor vehicles for unlawful purposes.
Any person who shall be guilty of a violation of this article shall, upon conviction thereof before any Magisterial District Judge, be subject to a fine not exceeding $600, plus costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of said fine and costs, to imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days.
