The Glen Tract Lake shall be closed every day from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. No persons shall be upon the premises of the Glen Tract Lake including the land surrounding the lake at any time the premises are closed.

Appropriate signs shall be placed in conspicuous places on the subject property giving notice of the item referenced in Section 85-1 of this Article.
The governing body for good cause may extend the hours by resolution to an organized group or activity for a specified date or dates.

Any persons violating any provisions of this Article shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000 or be sentenced to a term of community service within the Borough of Woodbury Heights, plus court costs. Any person under the age of 18 violating the provisions of this Article shall be required to perform community service or attend an educational program at the direction of the Woodbury Heights Municipal Court, plus applicable court costs.

Smoking or the use of tobacco or tobacco related products or the discard of such products within the boundaries of any public park or recreation area utilized or maintained for such purposes by the Borough of Woodbury Heights, whether such premises are owned, leased or maintained by the Borough, or within designated exterior recreation areas on school premises located within the Borough of Woodbury Heights is prohibited and any person violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to the penalties as provided within Section 85-5, as amended, of the Woodbury Heights Code.
