As used in this Article, the following term shall have the meaning indicated:
SEMI-PUBLIC PARKING LOT
A privately and/or commercially owned area designated or intended to park two or more automobiles in connection with the operation of one or more retail stores, offices, places of business, places of amusement or shopping centers.
A. 
No person shall park a tractor-trailer, or tractor-trailer combo, semi-trailer, recreational vehicle, bus, or a commercial box truck upon any semi-public parking lot in the Borough of Woodbury Heights between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. or any other vehicle over four tons gross vehicle weight.
B. 
Exceptions. The prohibition of parking in semi-public parking lots recited above in Section 104-11.3A shall not apply to trucks and/or tractor trailer combinations which are making deliveries to commercial and/or industrial establishments which own the commercial and/or industrial property that services the subject semi-public parking lot.
C. 
It is the intent and purpose of these parking regulations to prevent the use of any semi-public parking lot by unauthorized persons during the aforementioned hours, and interpretation of this Section shall be guided accordingly.
