[Amended 8-6-2007 by Ord. No. 2583[1]]
[1]
Editor's Note: This ordinance provided that it shall be in full force and effect retroactive to 5-1-2006 when Ord. No. 2467 was enacted due to the emergency need to continue to provide a penalty for City Subdivision Code violations after the enactment of said Ord. No. 2467, upon its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
Any person, group, organization, corporation or other entity who or which shall violate any provision of this code shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day a violation occurs or persists shall be deemed a separate offense for which a separate fine may be assessed.
A violation of this code may be enjoined by the City Attorney instituting an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin the violation and for such other relief as the law shall allow.
