Except on Sundays and holidays, it is unlawful:

To park any vehicle for more than two hours in any consecutive period
of time between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. within the following

from 2:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday through Friday when school is
