[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
No person in the City shall knowingly resist or obstruct the

It is an affirmative defense to a violation of this section if a person
resists or obstructs the performance of one known by the person to

building, or other structure to rescue or to attempt to rescue any
person.
[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General

No person shall transmit in any manner to any peace officer,
public officer or public employee a report to the effect that an offense
has been committed, knowing at the time of such transmission that
there is no reasonable ground for believing that such an offense has
been committed.
