The City having acquired the title to the Cemetery known as
the St. James Cemetery.

The City of St. James, Missouri, has decided to establish and
maintain the Cemetery, known as the St. James Cemetery. The Mayor
is authorized to appoint, with the approval of the legislative branch
of said City, a board of five (5) Directors. The Cemetery Board shall
have the authority to set prices, rules and regulations for the St.
James Cemetery under the direction of the City Council. The term of
the Directors shall be two (2) years, or until their successors are
appointed and qualified.
